Founded by Peta Becker , Projekt, is a design-based fair trade initiative, providing ongoing skills training, through workshops and lessons to our members. The skills of our members continue to develop so we can keep adding fresh elements to our design vocabulary.  25 women members from Zimbabwe, Malawi, Congo and South Africa, working with design direction from Peta Becker since 2006, constantly upgrading their skill levels to meet increasingly ambitious projects.

 

Working in 100% cotton and linen, Projekt focuses on providing lively contemporary design, which retains a strong African feel.
