Biography:

Jomiro Eming is a South African graphic designer, illustrator, and visual storyteller, whose distinctive style emerges at the intersection of people, visual design, and stories. Although born in Hamburg, Germany, he grew up in Cape Town. This "between-space” impacted his unique artistic identity, and reflects a tapestry of cultural influences, while also drawing on the vibrant rhythms of his background in dance, music and theatre. With a Journalism and Communication Design Hons, Jomiro puts storytelling front-and-centre of his creative work, and his aim is always to bring fun, playfulness, and life back into the world - even when dealing with heavier subject matter.
