Originally from Yorkshire, Christine is both British and South African.

Prior to her decision to leave her life in England behind, she attended the York and then Guildford Schools of Art in which she was able to pursue her passion for painting.

In 1991 she emigrated to South Africa, and now has a studio in Cape Town
