Biffie studied Graphic design at the University of Stellenbosch and then worked as a graphic artist for a magazine in Cape Town.
She has taken part in a number of group exhibitions.
Biffie mainly works in oil and oil bar.
She finds the human body and face of particular interest and renders it in a sensitive way.
She succeeds to capture the essential mood or emotion in her paintings.
